What to Expect

Thank you for making Dr. Jeff Dworak your general dentist in Bellevue. We make it a point to ensure you receive friendly, effective, and comfortable dental care. Whether you are seeing us to maintain your oral health, correct a dental problem, or take advantage of Dr. Dworak’s services as a cosmetic dentist, your first visit will include a review of x-rays and a complete oral examination. Preperation

To help your first visit go smoothly, please complete the following forms before you arrive, if possible.

Digital X-Rays

As part of his examination, Dr. Dworak will analyze x-rays of your teeth. If you have a very recent set of x-rays, please arrange for them to be transferred from your former dentist. If not, we will take a new set of x-rays when you arrive. Our practice uses digital x-rays, which reduces the amount of radiation exposure by 90 percent. They are quick and easy, saving you valuable appointment time in the dental chair.

Examination

Dr. Dworak will conduct a full examination of your oral health, looking for signs of tooth decay, gum disease, oral cancer, and a number of other maladies. Once this is accomplished, he will discuss any dental problems with you and help you decide what treatment options best fit your needs. Dr. Dworak also serves as a cosmetic dentist, so be sure to mention if you would like to take steps to improve your smile.
